We're super exciting to have up and coming Brisbane band Good Boy play this Thursday. $10.00 on the door, very limited capacity - get in early to avoid disappointment!
One balmy Brisbane afternoon, Tom Lindeman began casually exchanging riffs on the couch with his best mate Rian King. Rian paused, put down his beerand picked up his bassto see what would complement it. They asked their drummer friend, Stu McKenzie, what he thought of it.When they glued all those parts together the final productsended up as their first two singles, ‘Transparency’ and ‘Waste Daysor Ease Your Temper’.
The two songs havesincegarnered consistent radio playfrom various stations including Triple J, RRR, FBI and 4ZZZ and hastaken them across the east coast selling out launch shows in celebration of their 7-inch single release. Along the way they’ve supported the likes of Viet Cong, Jonathan Boulet, British India, The John Steel Singers, and North East Party House. To cap off an incredible year they’ve have been hand picked by Triple J Unearthed to open the Brisbane leg of St Jerome’s Laneway Festival. Their debut EP is out now.
